The K4C Incubator · ND-affirming

Idea to execution at scale — for founders wired differently.

K4C is a neurodivergent-affirming incubator and operator bench. We take founders from idea — or a vibe-coded prototype — all the way to a launched, operating company, at roughly one-third the typical cost. We work on a mix of equity and starting capital, so your vision drives the strategy, planning, build, launch, and early operations — not a runway you don't have yet.

What K4C is

A venture studio and incubator that takes innovative, high-impact ideas from concept to a launched company.

Most incubators hand you advice and a demo day. We do the work — vision and strategy, then the build, the launch, and the first months of operations. You bring the idea and some starting capital; we bring a senior bench and take part of our fee in equity, so we win when you do and getting to launch costs about a third of what it usually would.

Who it's for

  • Founders with an idea or a vibe-coded prototype who need a team to make it real.
  • Operators with an early business that needs muscle to grow or scale.
  • Neurodivergent founders who want an affirming environment.
  • Mission-driven ideas with real impact, not just a quick exit.
Build with us

Three ways to move your startup forward.

Come in wherever you are. Work with our advisors and operators to grow or scale an existing business, enter the incubator to go from idea or vibe-code to execution at scale — or just tell us what you're building.

Already building

Grow or scale an existing business

You have something live and want to grow it. Meet an advisor or operator who sets strategy with you, then rolls up their sleeves — commercial growth, operations, product, finance, and go-to-market.

  • Strategy and planning, then hands-on execution
  • Senior operators, not just advice
  • Scoped engagements — bring us in where you need us
Meet the bench →
Idea or prototype

Go from idea to execution at scale

You have a concept or a vibe-coded prototype. The incubator stands the whole company up — formation, planning, build, launch, and early operations — on a mix of equity and starting capital, at about a third of the usual cost.

  • Idea or prototype → launched, operating company
  • Equity + starting capital, ~1/3 the typical cost
  • Qualifies you for possible K4C Fund investment

Meet Judy · interactive demo

Meet Judy — our ND-affirming AI, in a live demo.

Judy is the ND-affirming agent behind NDaccommodations — the kind of AI we build for the companies we back. This is an interactive demo, not a production system. Try her below to see what building with K4C produces.

Why we're ND-forward

Different wiring is a source of innovation, not a deficit.

Neurodiversity is the simple fact that human brains vary. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other kinds of neurodivergence aren't things to fix — they're different operating systems, often with real strengths in pattern-finding, focus, and first-principles thinking. The world of work rarely bends to fit them. We do.

Why we invest here

The most original ideas often come from people who see the world at a different angle — and those same people are chronically underemployed, screened out by processes never built for how they work.

That gap is the opportunity. Backing neurodivergent founders isn't charity; it's investing in overlooked talent and building companies that wouldn't exist otherwise.

What ND-forward means

The environment adapts to the founder, not the other way around — clear structure, flexible pacing, and communication that flexes to how you process.

Self-identification is valid. Nothing here is gated by a diagnosis. You don't have to mask to be taken seriously.

Our design principles

How we build for, with, and by this community.

01

Strengths-based language

We engage founders around what they do uniquely well — the language of strengths, not symptoms or deficits.

02

ND-adaptive communication

We learn how you communicate — direct, literal, async, whatever fits — and adapt to you, not the other way around.

03

Anchored in wellbeing

Balancing health with scaling is hard. We treat wellbeing as core infrastructure and hold a sustainable pace.

04

Regenerative, non-extractive

We build with the community, earning trust and a path to ND ownership — never extracting rent from the people we serve.

Certified ND-affirming — because the community sets the bar, not us.

Our partner Squirrel Space, an independent 501(c)(3) built around neurodivergent community and belonging, holds us to a real standard. They bring the lived and professional expertise we don't have on our own: how to build affirming culture, how to support ND people well, and how to earn a community's trust rather than assume it.

They bring the people and the practices; we bring the venture engine. Certification means the affirming part isn't a claim — it's audited by the people it's meant to serve.

The engagement model

Funded by stage. Built by operators.

Each phase is scoped and priced on its own, so you fund the next step only when you're ready for it. It's a different kind of incubator — built for founders wired differently, with a senior bench advising and operating alongside you the whole way.

From incubator to fund

Build it here. Get a shot at funding it.

The incubator is founder-funded — you pay for the work that turns your idea into a real company. Going through it also qualifies you for possible investment from the K4C Fund. If your business is approved, we feature it in the Showroom for our collaborators, operators, and partners to back.

01

Completing the program puts your company in front of the K4C Fund for possible investment.

03

Get shown in the Showroom

If approved, we feature your business in the Showroom for our collaborators, operators, and partners to invest in.

Sensory relief, anywhere

The sensory-sensitive tiny home

A safe space to land — wherever overwhelm shows up.

A small, mobile, sensory-safe room that drops into the places people already are — events, offices, campuses, public plazas. Inside is a calm space to step away, decompress, and self-regulate before returning to the day. It's sold to and placed by the organizations responsible for those spaces: conference and event producers, employers, venues, and cities.

Sensory-first personal care

The ND-affirming hair salon

A haircut that doesn't cost a meltdown.

For many neurodivergent people, an ordinary salon is a sensory gauntlet — bright lights, loud dryers, unpredictable touch, strong product smells, and small talk that never stops. This salon is built differently from the chair up: a calm, predictable, consent-led space where getting a haircut is genuinely comfortable — and where the stylists and owners are neurodivergent themselves.
